Applicants for Kyo Sa Certification must be registered members in good standing of the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation at least 21 years of age and 2nd Dan or higher. Jo Kyo Certification is required in order to be eligible to apply for Kyo Sa Certification
